These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, developer portal, and sandbox environment operated by iDemand Driver Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pre-Launch / Beta Status

The platform is currently in a pre-launch beta stage. The sandbox environment may be reset, features may change without notice, and service availability is not guaranteed. No real financial transactions, money movement, card issuance, token minting, or sanctions screening is performed by this platform. All API responses in the sandbox are simulated for demonstration and testing.

2. No Financial Services Provided

iDemand Driver Inc. is not a bank, money transmitter, or licensed financial institution. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide banking, payments, securities, crypto custody, lending, or any regulated financial activity. Any reference to such capabilities describes intended or planned functionality that requires third-party licensing and partners.

3. API Keys & Access

Sandbox API keys are provided for testing only and must not be used in production. You are responsible for keeping your keys secure and for all activity performed with them. We may revoke or limit access at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, submit fraudulent or unlawful content, or use the services for any illegal purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
